As part of our approach to whole-school wellbeing, we have launched the Drop Everything and Exercise initiative.
What is it?
- It is the use of physical activity breaks during lessons.
- Pupils and teachers stop what they are doing and engage in a little bit of exercise.
- New exercises are tried out every week.
Why?
- These physical activity breaks allow you to clear your mind, get some fresh air and energise yourself.
- They will increase your focus in a fun and healthy way.
