Drop Everything and Exercise

As part of our approach to whole-school wellbeing, we have launched the Drop Everything and Exercise initiative.


What is it?

  • It is the use of physical activity breaks during lessons.
  • Pupils and teachers stop what they are doing and engage in a little bit of exercise.
  • New exercises are tried out every week.


  • These physical activity breaks allow you to clear your mind, get some fresh air and energise yourself.
  • They will increase your focus in a fun and healthy way.
