6th Yr Geography Field Trip To Balscadden Bay

This week, our Sixth Year Geography class visited Balscadden Bay in Howth to carry out fieldwork as part of their Leaving Cert Geography course. The students investigated coastal processes by measuring the beach profile, examining evidence of coastal erosion, and studying wave and wind conditions. It was a great opportunity to put their classroom learning into practice and develop their geographical investigation skills!
